    How long does it take to receive my order?

    For orders of less than 5000 cards: Your order will typically be ready for shipping 1-2 weeks after final design approval.

    For orders of 5000 cards or more: Please allow 4-6 weeks from final design approval for your order to be completed and shipped.

    Can I customize the design of the cards?

    Yes, absolutely! It’s your business—your logo, your colours, your design. You have full control over the customization. You provide us with your own artwork. If you don’t have a design yet, no worries! Just let us know, and we can discuss how we can assist you in creating one that fits your needs perfectly.

    The minimum order quantity for physical gift or loyalty cards is 250.

    Do you offer packaging options for gift cards?

    Yes, we do! This could include various packaging options such as envelopes or sleeves. Let us know what you have in mind, and we'll ensure your gift cards are presented just the way you envision.

    Is there a way to track my gift card order once it’s shipped?

    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its delivery progress.

    Once production begins, changes may not be possible, but each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis. If there's an error or you need assistance, please let us know, and we will promptly investigate and work with you to find a solution. We're here to help ensure your order meets your expectations.

    What encoding options are available?

    You have the choice between two encoding options: a 2-Track HiCo Magstripe and C-128 barcode. 

    What are the design requirements?

    For optimal printing, please ensure your design adheres to the following specifications: PDF/X-4 format and 360 DPI resolution. Additionally, the cards can be printed in full colour on one side only, and either black or white on the other side (4/1 printing).

    The card dimensions are CR80-30 (86.5mm x 55mm, with a 0.5mm bleed).

    I've already submitted an order with you and want the same one, do I need to resubmit my artwork?

    No, you don't need to resubmit your artwork. We likely have it on file, and we'll send you a copy to verify before proceeding with production. Just make a note of this on your order form.

    How much does it cost to order cards?

    We strive to be transparent with our pricing, and there are never hidden fees. Shipping costs are based on location and will be determined for each order.

    250 cards: $325 ($1.30/ea)

    500 cards: $600 ($1.20/ea

    1000 cards: $1,150 ($1.15/ea)

    2000 cards: $2,000 ($1.00/ea)  BEST VALUE

    For orders over 5000 cards:

    If design work is requested, there is an additional fee starting at $150/hour. A quote will be provided based on your specific requirements; most clients typically require only an hour or two on average for design services.
